In 2003, Jubilee first opened its doors to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We began as Jubilee Personal Care Home, LLC, and later transitioned to Jubilee Personal Care Home, Incorporated in 2008.
We are an independent provider under the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD).
Through the DBHDD Medicaid Waiver service, we provide the following:
- Community Residential Alternative (CRA)
- Community Living Services (CLS)
- Nursing Services (LPN and RN Services)
- Community Access Group (CAG)/Adult Training Center
- Community Access Individual (CAI)
- Specialized Medical Services (SMS)
Our staff at Jubilee PCH, Inc. is composed of professionals with educational backgrounds in diverse fields such as Nursing, Psychology, Health Science, Pharmacy, and Business Administration. We also employ paraprofessionals including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Direct Support Professionals, Proxy Caregivers, and more.
Jubilee PCH, Inc. provides staff members with continuous training throughout the year, including CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention, and more. Our team is dedicated to giving your loved ones a better life, and you can depend on them to provide exceptional care.
